Available Positions
1. Program Manager (Full-Time)
The Program Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of our digital empowerment
programs. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and monitor program activities and timelines.
Coordinate trainers, volunteers, and beneficiaries for smooth program delivery.
Build partnerships and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
Track progress, prepare reports, and ensure program goals are achieved.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in program or project management.
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Passion for women’s empowerment and digital inclusion.
Based in Abuja (Dutse, Gwarinpa, Dawaki, or Kubwa axis preferred).
2. Communication Intern (Part-Time)
The Communication Intern will support content creation, social media management, and storytelling for
our programs and beneficiaries.
Responsibilities:
Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms.
Assist in writing newsletters, blog posts, and reports.
Capture and edit photos/videos during events and training sessions.
Support brand visibility and online community engagement.
Requirements:
Strong writing and digital communication skills.
Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or other creative tools.
Active on social media with an understanding of current trends.
Must be passionate about women’s empowerment.
3. Accountant Intern (Hybrid, Part-Time)
The Accountant Intern will support financial management, record-keeping, and reporting to ensure
transparency and accountability in our operations.
Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing financial reports and maintaining expense records.
Track income, expenditures, and project budgets.
Support grant financial documentation and audits.
Requirements:
Student or graduate in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or accounting software.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to transparency.
Must reside in or near the Abuja axis listed above.
4. Volunteers (Hybrid, Part-Time)
We are seeking enthusiastic volunteers to support training, community outreach, and digital campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Support coordination during trainings and community events.
Assist in mentoring beneficiaries and facilitating learning sessions.
Contribute creative ideas to strengthen program visibility.
Requirements:
Passion for community service and women’s empowerment.
Willingness to learn and collaborate in a team environment.
Available for hybrid or weekend engagements as needed.

Please, in regards to the volunteer aspect, can someone who doesn’t base in Abuja volunteer? I’m currently in Abuja but I reside at Ebonyi State, where I study.
I’d love to volunteer in the Cinematography area as a Photographer and the educational sector as an Empowering Teens and Students Coach, if need be.
